RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, including receiving an incorrect or defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined in this policy.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Aurevia Fashion is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
CHARGEBACKS
Before initiating a chargeback, we encourage you to contact us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Aurevia Fashion reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks using shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, order records, and any other available evidence.
